Where is your office located?

Our office is located in University Town, Peshawar, Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province, Pakistan.

What products do you sell?

We specialize in a curated selection of Dresses, handbags, Cosmetics and smart gadgets to meet your lifestyle needs.

How can I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our website, add the desired items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information, and your order will be processed promptly.

What payment methods do you accept?

At present we accept payment via  cash on delivery (COD). Later on, various secure methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, will be incorporated and You would be able to select your preferred payment option during checkout.

Do you offer international shipping? At the moment, we only offer shipping within Pakistan. However, we are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to serve international customers in the future.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can use this information to track the status of your delivery online.

What is your return policy?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We return product if it is found faulty or damaged. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may  exchange it within 3 days of receipt. Please refer to our Exchanges Policy for more details. (all shipping charges will be paid by the customers  in case of exchaging products)

Can I cancel my order? You may cancel your order before  receveing confirmation of order and shipping by Company’s Sales Staff within a certain timeframe after placing it. Once confirmation is made, the customer has no choice to cancel order or he must pay shipping charges in case he/she refuses to receive product.
